I'm having a weird issue with sending alerts by SMS. I set Zabbix to send an sms to a couple of admins when a trigger in a certain group appears.
The thing is that some of the admins are receiving weird sms that are unreadable but contain something like %UTF-8%.
Also, Zabbix is only able to send an sms to those users if I set their "media" to (email : [email protected]).
All the other user have a "media" like (SNPP : phone number).
Do you know what could be the problem and how to solve it without scripts? Is it possible that the problem is because of the cellular service providers?
