Monitor if a file did not change

Hi I want to monitor a log file of a cron job executed once a day to see if the log has been modified between 7:00 am and 7:05 am . How can achieve that ?

I believe you would set up a Zabbix Agent item using the vfs.file.cksum key; You'll also nee to create a custom interval so that the monitor doesn't run except between 7:00 and 7:05 (By basically setting it to run at an interval of 86100 seconds (23 hours, 55 minutes) outside of that time and every 5 minutes within that time). Then build a trigger based on the last sample being the same as the current one.

Sorry that's a little vague, I don't want to give precise instructions and then have them be wrong.
