Zabbix 1.9.5 database type

Hi everyone,

So earlier today I wanted to install zabbix 1.9.5. I followed this guide http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/...lation/install and everything seemed to be ok until I get on the frontend.

When I get on it, I manage to go to the step 4 "configure DB connection". I already created a database (mysql) but on that page, the only thing I can select from the "Database type" field is "PostgreSQL.

Does anyone know why I don't see the "mysql" option in this field?

That's probably because you do not have php-mysql module installed, only php-pgsql.

I'm rebooting this machine and I'll give it another try later in the day or tomorrow. I'll come back here and say if it managed to fix my issue
