I have an item that monitors the log windows "eventlog [Application,, 3041 | 18210 | 18264]" and have a trigger to alert when errors occur backups with ID 3041 and 18210 {HOST: eventlog [Application,,, , 3041 | 18210 | 18264]. logseverity (0)}, the alerts are being generated correctly but even after the problem has been solved with the creation of the backup with the ID 18264 ok he keeps showing me error status to host this item .

Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this case, because I need that when the backup is successfully performed (ID18264) it clears the error status and return to OK.

Use nodata

I believe you need to use the nodata command so that after the nodate period has expired the trigger resets.
