Hi,
I tried to specify item flexible interval to do some rapid polling every 10s for each day, each hour, but only during a few minutes interval (between :59 and :10 minutes): every 10s when between H:59 and H+1:10,
I tried
1-7,*:59-*:10
1-7,00-23:59-00-23:10
and both did not work.
I tried the format as in the manual :
10/1-7,23:59-00:10;10/1-7,00:59-01:10;10/1-7,01:59-02:10;10/1-7,02:59-03:10;10/1-7,03:59-04:10;10/1-7,04:59-05:10;10/1-7,05:59-06:10;10/1-7,06:59-07:10;10/1-7,07:59-08:10;10/1-7,08:59-09:10;10/1-7,09:59-10:10;10/1-7,10:59-11:10;10/1-7,11:59-12:10;10/1-7,12:59-13:10;10/1-7,13:59-14:10;10/1-7,14:59-15:10;10/1-7,15:59-16:10;10/1-7,16:59-17:10;10/1-7,17:59-18:10;10/1-7,18:59-19:10;10/1-7,19:59-20:10;10/1-7,20:59-21:10;10/1-7,21:59-22:10;10/1-7,22:59-23:10
but it was impossible to setup because the DB field is not long enough (varchar(255) to store this string. Specifying as 24 different intervals did not help either (see my other thread)
Is there a clever or better to do this ? (I would prefer not to do a script that do zabbix_sender calls only in the specified time window. It seems to me that Zabbix should handle something like this)
