zabbix trigger timer

I have setup a trigger and I want to send me a notification only when the link bandwidth has reach 85 percent of the total bandwidth, and make sure it only sends when it checks and make sure it was more that half an hour,
explain better:
it it reaches 85 percent only for 5 minutes , not send any message, the period interval should be half an hour,
I have the following expression, but according to graph it is not accurate and looks like the trigger doesnt work,
please let me know if anyone has better idea,

24956108 = 85% of 28M right ?

What is not working exactly ? The timer ? I mean, does your trigger respect the timer you set ? Does your trigger fire or not ?
