Best solution for Cisco device monitoring

Regarding to forum and wiki
i found several way for monitoring cisco sw / router
but i have about 10 sw , and router with a lot of iinterface on them
suggested solutions are very limited and time consuming
is there any new or easy way for monitoring such kind of device?
some thing like cacti

What is the issue? I set 6 switchs up in under an hour including graphs

how did you add an items in your zabbix?
what happened if none of my cisco router like each other?
and templet is not working for this kinds of issue
