    How to alarm when datas are so different?

    Hi,
    Anyone knows how to solve following situation:-

    I work to a Internet Service Provider and I use Zabbix to follow the bandwidth of my links... I have 3 links of 3 differents telecoms balanced my traffic between them.... so when one link is down, the connections are redirect to another and obviously it gets full... I'd like to know if there are any way to create a trigger like this....

    IF Last value is different than "Previous Last Value" in X (% or #)
    or
    IF Difference between LAst 3 values is More than X (% or #)

    I thought about "difference between last and previous value of T times = N, but I didn“t understand how it would work very well.

    if does anyone have another idea, fell free to tell me ....

    thanks.

    I don't know if I understand what you need, but have you tried some trigger like this one:

    {dbzabbix:item.you.want.change(0)}>valuetocompare

    regards

      If you are using zabbix >= 1.8.2, you can use:

      Code:
      ({host:item.avg(600)} - {host.item.avg(600,600)}) > DELTAVALUE
      If the average for the last 10 minutes is greater than the average for the previous 10 minutes (20 min ago to 10 min ago) by DELTAVALUE.

        Code:
        {host:item.diff()}|({host:item.max(#3)}-{host:item.min(#3)}>x)
