How do i view a log of executed actions?

I haven't found this on the docs or the web gui.

Is there a log of actions/alerts executed by Zabbix? I have created a few script media types, but some alerts are not being sent. I'd like to troubleshoot that but the starting point would be to know if Zabbix has even sent them, and if possible see any errors/failures if something went wrong.

You can check the server's log. Default path is /tmp/zabbix_server.log.

I have checked the log file, but it says nothing of actions, at all, and i haven't found anything at all about logging them in the server config file or the gui

        From zabbix gui:
Administration - Audit - Choose "Actions" at the upper rigth

Thanks! This is exactly what i was looking for!

Will that show if the action failed, or just if it tried to do it?

It will show you if the action failed. Eg. I do have a log line with sms:
            Status: not sent
            Error: Error open(/dev/ttyS0) [Permission denied]

Other than zabbix FrontEnd UI , does status field available in any logfile to capture status and get notification if it failed?
