Zabbix monitoring in Cloud

I wonder if there is any problem with regard to performance or safety in the installation of a monitoring environment (ZABBIX) in the cloud?

Or is it recommended a dedicated server?

My numbers:
VPS: 300
Hosts: 350
Items: 14K
Triggers: 4.5K
