Is this possibly with maps

I have a map of our country and it is broken up into regions. What I would like to be able to do is colour code the different regions depending on if the trigger is a High, Average or Warning trigger. Like Red, Yellow, Orange and green.
Where this comes arround is say I have a hard drive that has triggered a Warning as it is only 70% fill and NOT a High which is set at 90%

Hence for warnings I don't want the highlighted regional to be Red as it is only a warning.

The issue I'm finding is that maps etc only change their icons on problem, unknown, maintenance and disabled so it doesn't help me.

Any ideas how to achive this?

hmm.. you can create "icons" of each country, after this you can join this together..

now every country can be change the color

hmm ok.. you upload two different icons.. one for normal-status and one for error status, after this you can take a normal-state-icon and an error-state-icon..

Thanks for the reply shadow, this however will not work as a Warning and a High trigger are both problems so the same icon will show for both states.

if you have >=zabbix1.8.3 look at this: http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/...p_improvements

you can check this under map-options.. its quite hidden

Ta, at the end of the day I did something like this.

On a clear map of the country I place a small grey dot in each region and used this map highlighing.

Now the large circle arround the dot repersents the degree of the issue.


now if I could only figure out why the queue keeps growing
