No graphs after MySQL outage

Hi all,

we got a strange problem on our Zabbix installation.

We have a Debian Testing Master/Slave Zabbix installation with MySQL DB backend.

This morning the MySQL broke down, we have repaired it.

Alerts are OK, Values are sent to the Zaabix server, we see it through the Live Value.

But when we try to get the historic on an item in the Graph for a specific Value, the Graph is empty. If i try to get the 500 latest Value I got few values from september 2009 ...

Is it possible to have an index of stored data broken ? Is there a way to repair it ?

INFO: Zabbix Server 1.8.6, Zabbix Agent 1.8.6, MySQL 5.1 on both servers.
