problem with step with delay in action

Hi:

I've setup an action with "enable scalations" and a step with a delay of 4 min that send an sms trough the "execute remote command"

I need to send the sms with problem and ok values, but just if trigger problem lasts > 4min

I mean, if problem lasts > 4 min send sms and on recovery send another sms.
Now, the problem: if problem lasts < 4 min, it does not send sms (this is fine).. but on recovery, action is sending sms with the delay of 4 min..

And I want the sms on recovery only if sms on problem was sent.

I don't know how to achieve the behaviour that I want.
