1.8.8 Graph Scroll Bar causes "No Data"

When creating a graph either in a template or directly to the host, it works fine in the beginning. The second I use the scroll bar to go back in time the graph displays No Data and will not return to displaying trends. To get it to work again I have to delete the graph and re-add it.

Anyone seen this before?

which browser ? happens with several browsers ?
if you set graph to show one hour and drag i to the rightmost position, is it still showing no data ?

Yes, if I move to the right most position is still says No Data on the graph.. Firefox 3.6(lol upgrading now to see if it fixes.)

upgrading to the latest firefox had no change in results.. still after using scroll bar I get No Data graphs and moving back all the way to the right makes no difference. I still get No data

quite embarrasing.. I was handed this laptop to work on.. year 2004 set as date.. problem resolved.
