How to resolve the URL

I am not able to access http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/...do=export_html , seems to be some problem with hosting servers.

Can anyone please update of any known issues at the moment for this?

Yeah right now , it is working. BUt in case we have issues with Zabbix hosts, whom can we contact?
