read permissions on groups

Hi Gurus.


I have 3 installations of zabbix and none of them do what I need.

All the installations in the same version zabbix 1.8.4.


Install zabbix from the beggining, all works fine.

Create a test user ( type zabbix admin ), assign the user to a group.

Give permissions to that group to have read access to template or hosts.

Login qith the test user, and I cannot see any template hosts or host group as read only.

Anyone can point the right direction.

It must be something that I am doing rong ?

I have the same behavior with V2.0.3 But I can add this template to a host ...

It seems that the read option autorize the linking of a template to a host but not the possibility to viewing it
