Web Monitoring Alerts?

Is it possible to have alerts / triggers on web monitoring?

I would like to have an e-mail alert sent out when a web monitoring scenario fails. We have alerts going out for normal triggers but we don't get any for failed web scenarios.

It is very easy if you follow default procedure...

Create proper triggers based on the
a) Response code
b) Last Value? (0, 1, No Value)
