Macros in executed scripts via ssh.run command

Hi

I setting up rdiff backup checks in zabbix, and i run a script against the rdiff server using ssh. As i want the hostname as part of the script i try to place {HOSTNAME} or {HOST.DNS} as part of the script, but i does not seem to work. If i just type the hostname in the script it works.

How do i manage to use theese kind of macros in my scripts ?

Does this mean it will not be fixed ? And do anyone have another aproach to this issues ? I can created items for each server i want to monitor backup for, but that is a nasty hack and will ruin the idea of a template based solution.
