duplicate items table history ???

In phpmyadmin, I run the command: SELECT * FROM `history` WHERE itemid='17543' and clock='1131631744'
and
return the value duplicate

itemid clock value
17543 1131631744 5.8533
17543 1131631744 5.8533
this occurs for all items of the table history.
