I have a question of the triggers

I´m not really sure about the triggers, i following the wiki but i do'nt now, for example what say this:


{serverXXXX:system[procload].last(0)}>5
can you tell me what it a means >5, if is minutes?,is a value?,is a byte, mega or giga? what is?

It's value. It's not include bytes megabytes & etc.

I think this trigger will be activ if the cpu load is over 5.

Value that?, i can know all values?, i can change value for bytes, mega or giga. and other thing, why when I´m located in actions for configure the actions, and indicate in delay sent messages (in seg) = 3600, but the e-mails sends delay in 30 seg or 10 minutes and never in 3600, why happen this?
