Newbie question

I want to create simple check, like 1 check in 1 min. That i made with trigger etc, but how to create, that when zabbix see problem and check it 2 min for problem is gone or not, and only after that 2 min check he send e-mail?

I increase UnreachableDelay to 120 sec, but it anyway send notification faster than a 1 min.

I make trigger like this: icmpping.count(180,0,"eq")}>2

But how often it check? It check after seconds i show on item update interval?

And for what then need option UnreachableDelay on zabbix server configuration?
