how to monitor process and user logged in ip

hello,
i just install zabbix, and try to found any way to monitor processes grouped by user on the server (how much the user take from memory and cpu per process and see what eat the resources), and try to know how to know what ip of logged in user to ssh, i see the graphs of how much users logged in but how to know the ip too ?!
any help will be very appreciated here
