Host Parents/Childs relation ? And schedule

Hi,

I am still currently testing zabbix in order to replace Nagios/Centreon.

But some functionality are missing in zabbix as an relation Parents/Childs between host. Which would very interesting for virtualization. If the parent host in down, then child are down too.

Anyone know a way to do this ?


In a second time, i want that notification are send by SMS holidays days only (I will define their before), but i didn't find a way and it is really important.

Hello,

There is no concept Parents/Childs between host in Zabbix but instead there is Trigger dependencies: http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/...onfig/triggers
