Create trigger for monitoring web

I have several urls being monitored using the feature "web monitoring" Zabbix, but would like to set a trigger to send an email if one of these urls accused ERROR.
I know I need to use the following action:

{host: web.test.fail[Scenario].last(0)}#0

However, I've never created a trigger, do not know how to add and concatenate the trigger with the URL being monitored.

Somebody get me through this doubt?

Hi

I wonder, how do I create a trigger for action and trigger e-mail, what parameters I use?
I would like to support to make this deployment

- When the monitoring web urls give error, shoot an e-mail reporting the error
- When the url back to work normally, shoot an e-mail stating that the url is OK

You`ll have to set up action for sending e-mail
