user's macro now OK but reference to item in a trigger

Hi,

I was able to create and manage my user macro.

Now, is there a way to make reference to value of a different item in a trigger name ?

I mean, my trigger is linked to a particular Item, and if I want to show
Item.value in trigger name I have NO problem.

But, how to show in that trigger name value of "another" item of my host ?

Is it possible directly ? is it possible using user macro ?

HOW ?

Does it exist a syntax similar to "myhost::item("alive").value that I
can insert in a macro ?

I am not able to retrieve item(2).value in trigger name associated to
item(1).
