I have a problem where one of the people I work with acknowledged a triggered event but then never took action. Is there a way to automatically reset or clear an acknowledgement after a certain period of time (say 3 hours) and the problem has not cleared / OK'd. and then send a new alert that has to be re-acknowledged?
The reason this is a problem is that the team usually only looks at unacknowledged triggers / events, so sometimes things get missed for days that have not had any action taken on those alerts.
I can't seem to find an answer to this.
