    Re-installing Zabbix on existing server

I have been running Zabbix for about 2 years on RedHat 9 and need to move it to RedHat Enterprise Version 4 (Update 2). I do not want to lose all the configuration I have done (unless it's unavoidable) and need to be able to transfer as much as I can onto the new installation. Is there a checklist that I could follow so that I don't miss anything?

    Thanks

I think if you make a backup from your database, then you have had all configuration data from your server. Then you install the new server and play the old data into the new zabbix server.
If you run an old version of zabbix with your old server, then you have to install the same version of zabbix on the new server. And if you want you can update the zabbix version the normaly way. That should be working. But note this steps are without any guarantee!
