Triggers

I am sure this has a fairly obvious solution but I just want someone to clarify please.

I have a trigger

if a>b or c>d

so when does it become ok again? if either of the statements become ok or both?

If either, then how can I make it both, whilst keep it either to become a problem?

Logically, the trigger is in the triggered state if either a>b or c>d.

That means it is only in the not triggered state (i.e. it is ok) if both of those statements are false.
