Modifying multiple user profiles?

I'd like to set the color theme and URL after login for multiple users. An example would be for a given set of users, immediately bring them to a map of the data center. Ideally this could be set for an entire group, but minimally be able to modify common parameters from Administration -> Users. (I realize I can do it per-user)

Any way of doing this?
