Monitoring Host Clustured

Hi, (Sorry for my english i try to do the best)

Actually we monitoring 4 clusters which represent 1 reel server.

Zabbix agent is installed on each clusters and i use "UserParameter" to get some values. However can i create an item which represent the sum of 4 items of 4 hosts differents ?

cluster 1, item =100
cluster 2, item =1000
cluster 3, item =50
cluster 4, item =0

reel_host,item = 1150

Plz, someone can help me to find the way ?

It works !

I created a hostgroup with all my cluster and created a "fake host" which regroup all of items aggregated !
