empty triggers & graphs list !

hi there,
my zabbix version is 1.8.10,
click any triggers/graphs links at configuration -> templates page, only got the
"No triggers defined" or "No graphs defined" message , can't see any error message in debug mode or httpd error log.
please help ..

update mysql from 4 to 5, then slove the problem.
