Zabbix with mib check

Hello, it is possible successfully monitor snmp devices with mib on Item? I think if is possible have set on item's SNMP OID input something as "SNMPv2-MIB::sysName.0" instead of "1.5.4.6.7.6.12.7". Because I don't know numerical value for this.

You can use something like sysName.0 in the OID, but you need to have the mibs in your mibs directory which usually is: /usr/share/snmp/mibs/

You can also relsove the name to an OID by using snmptranslate:
# snmptranslate -On -mALL SNMPv2-MIB::sysName
.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5
