action problem, please help!

I want add triggers in action conditions, but I click trigger in the page, it can not be select. what is the problem, and what can I do?

But when you click on (for example) "Eventlog: All System Errors" nothing happens?

Yes, just like what you said. When I click any of the triggers, there is nothing happens.
