issue on email notification

Dear all,

i am encountering a email problem that the server send me this incorrectly.

Web Host Unreachable (http://www.abc.com/): OK Last value: 200

the reason is that i cannot receive the problem email before the previous one. i mean this one.

Web Host Unreachable (http://www.abc.com/): PROBLEM Last value: 404


Could anyone help me to solve the problem?

I don't fully understand you question, can you clarify a little?

Are you saying you receive:
Web Host Unreachable (http://www.abc.com/): OK Last value: 200

Before you get the PROBLEM email?:
Web Host Unreachable (http://www.abc.com/): PROBLEM Last value: 404


When zabbix notices the website is down (depending on how your trigger is setup) you should get the PROBLEM email. When it notices the website is back online you should receive the OK email. As I assume you have the recovery message tick box checked in the action setting.
