Zabbix agent hostname building

Hi there,

I have a simple question for my first post here: is it possible to append something to the "HostnameItem" configuration directive in the zabbix_agentd.conf?

Something like: HostnameItem=[system.hostname].foo.bar

If yes, how can I do that?
