No way afaik, ibm DS use a proprietary protocol (by Engenio).

You can install DS storage manager on the zabbix host and receive SNMP traps or monitor the global health status with an external check like:

    sudo /opt/IBM_DS/client/SMcli $1 -c "$2" -quick | egrep -v '(^Syntax|^Executing|^Script|^SMcli|^Performing|^$ )'

then place an iregexp for "failure" on the resulting item.

You can improve the script to get more data but keep in mind that SMcli is a java application, don't run it too often
