Problems with graphics - Monitoring / Graphs

    Dear,

I'm new using Zabbix, before using them did tests using Nagios / Icinga and heard speak very well of Zabbix. I'm about to use it in the company where I work, but two things have me a little discouraged. The first thing I noticed was that the finished installing via apt-get as much as by the source, at the end and try to install I can not log in any way with the default passwords or informed with the password I signed up. So whenever I install need to change the Admin user's password in the database which I find very annoying. But that still gives to reveal. The question that concerns me is the graphics. I installed a client-server and zabbix-agent zabbix-server added in everything by the book. The same appears already being monitored (the Z is green ..), but when I click Monitoring / Graphs shows nothing (actually three points ...). If I go to Monitoring / Latest Data and click on a service any of the monitored host (eg CPU / iowait CPU time) and click on the graph Graph displays perfect. Why does not appear in Monitoring / Graphs? I read in some posts that may be a bug. Someone is going through this? Does anyone know how to fix?

    versions:
    Ubuntu 4.12
    zabbix 1:1.8.11-1
    mysql 5.5.22

    Any help is welcome.

sounds like the agent is monitoring the system but you don't have any items added yet. You probably need to add a template for that host so you have something to monitor.
