Sending Graph URL in Notification

I am monitoring the network latency for a group of VPN endpoints. When the latency gets above a threshold level I have a trigger defined to send me email via an action. I would like to send the URL to the graph containing the historical latency.

Here is a sample URL

http://nms.mycompany.com/zabbix/charts.php?hostid=0&graphid=448

The graph is part of a template so the Graph ID does not change. Does anyone know how to get the macro for the HostID?

Here's the list of macros... unfortunately host id isn't supported for alerts..

oh and I found this thread because I am looking for exactly what the title states, and I can't find out how to send the URL in the email. I can create an email, but I cannot find out how to get a graph ID for that particular graph.
