Zabbix and Redmine Ticketing system

Hi All,

Could anyone help me know if it is possible to Raise a Ticket in Redmine whenever Zabbix monitoring detects a service down alert.
Say, Zabbix has detected a service (eg. httpd of a particular server) has gone down and it is more than say 5 minutes. Will it be possible for Zabbix to create a ticket in the Redmine alerting the same. If possible, could anyone let me know how this could be achieved.

Well - a simple solution is to make an action on your triggers and send an email to you Ticketing system - if your system support creation of ticket from email.

You can also call a local script or remote script from action if your ticket system support this.
