Zabbix action reporting information about multiple items?

Hello,

I am fairly new to the Zabbix monitoring system and I am wondering if there is a way to make the Zabbix actions, make an email notification about 1 trigger, but the mail itself to contain more last values for items (which are related to the trigger) without having to make any external scripts?

For example I have a trigger: Check-Exchange-status and when it fails I want it to send me as well as the last values of the services, but also for example the amount of HDD spare space.

I've looked on the forums and I didn't find anything related on ideas to do this..

I am currently using Zabbix

In Action Operations - Message: you can "link" to other items:
Eg:
Disk space free on / = {{HOSTNAME}:vfs.fs.size[/,free]
