            Hi, Ishan!

            Do you mind to give us a little bit more information?
            at least:
            - model of your device
            - SNMP configuration of device and version of SNMP which it supports
            - how many interfaces you control on your device and how it changes when you have an active voice session.

            Also try to run the command
            Code:
            snmpwalk -v 2c -c public ip_of_audio_gateway IF-MIB::ifNumber.0
            twice:

            1) when you have NO and voice session
            2) when you have MORE than one voice session.

            and compare the results.

            It's quite possible that for one voice session your gateway creates a temporary interface that is destroyed after the session.
            Sincerely yours,
            Aleksey

              Hello Aib

              Thanks for your reply, please find the below details.

              - model of your device - AudioCodes Mediant 1000

              - SNMP configuration of device and version of SNMP which it supports
              V2C and V3

              - how many interfaces you control on your device and how it changes when you have an active voice session.

              I have two E1 links and one was active and other one was inactive, active link is always flowing the voice sessions but not showing any incoming or outgoing traffic.

              snmpwalk -v 2c -c public ip_of_audio_gateway IF-MIB::ifNumber.0 - Result is IF-MIB::ifNumber.0 = INTEGER: 20

              Its always generating voice conversations like call center, But i am unable to see any traffic.

              I have been tried with SNMP Interface template and ZBX-AUDIOCODES-TEMPLATE but no luck, Can you kindly advise me.

                Hello!

                I found the thread on different forum when people was talking about your device

                They advice to use SNMP OID
                Code:
                Try this OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.10.10.2.21.1.3

                We have been using it to monitor channel utilization off of DS1s.
                Do you mind to check if it works in your case?
                Sincerely yours,
                Aleksey

                  Hello Aib

                  Thanks for your reply,

                  Do you know how to turn off the monitor channel utilization on AudioCodes, Because i am new to AudioCodes and would like to get use to it.

                  And i tried adding the discovery rule and creating separate items for incoming and outgoing traffic, but still not receiving the incoming and outgoing values or utilization graphs.

                  Please find the attached screenshots for item configuration.

                  Thanks
                  Ishan

                    Well, a little bit more confusion from unfinished phrase...

                    When I told you Try this OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.10.10.2.21.1.3 I meant that you will start SNMPWALK with this OID and will collect the precise OID for each interface.

                    Code:
                    snmpwalk -v 2c -c public {ip_of_AudioCodec} 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.10.10.2.21.1.3
                    You will have a bunch of data which can help you to understand the correct OID for each interface, for Incoming traffic, for Outgoing traffic, the Alias/description of interface, etc.

                    For example, for my router I have this output:
                    Code:
                    [root@zabbix ~]# snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 192.168.192.168 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1
                    IF-MIB::ifIndex.1 = INTEGER: 1
                    IF-MIB::ifIndex.2 = INTEGER: 2
                    IF-MIB::ifIndex.3 = INTEGER: 3
                    IF-MIB::ifDescr.1 = STRING: ether1
                    IF-MIB::ifDescr.2 = STRING: ether2
                    IF-MIB::ifDescr.3 = STRING: ether3
                    IF-MIB::ifType.1 = INTEGER: ethernetCsmacd(6)
                    IF-MIB::ifType.2 = INTEGER: ethernetCsmacd(6)
                    IF-MIB::ifType.3 = INTEGER: ethernetCsmacd(6)
                    IF-MIB::ifMtu.1 = INTEGER: 1500
                    IF-MIB::ifMtu.2 = INTEGER: 1500
                    IF-MIB::ifMtu.3 = INTEGER: 1500
                    ........
                    DO you mind to show the output of same command for your AudioCodec?
                    Code:
                    snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 10.69.1.26 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.10.10.2.21.1.3

                        Excuse me, i'm a new member of forum and i don't speak english very well, i speak french. I have recently installed Zabbix 2.2.2 on a debian 7 and everything is ok. I want to monitor my AIX servers (5.3 and 6.1) with SNMP. It is possible to get exactly the sames measures on my aix servers like if i use the aix zabbix agent? What can i do to get these?

                        Thank you!

                          I found the MIB description for your device

                          And as you can see from that description, you have 0% load on your Trunk
                          Code:

                            First of all, not all servers/devices has SNMP daemon working by default.
                            Then, not all manufacturers like to publish data in SNMP.

                            And short answer for your question "It is possible to get exactly the sames measures on my aix servers like if i use the aix zabbix agent?" = NO.

                            We can discuss more details, but as I can see on Zabbix Download Page, you can install Zabbix Agent for AIX 6.1. Why you don't like to do that?

                                Perfect!
                                Now you can create Discovery rule which will create Items/Graphs/Triggers.

                                Check this link

                                I believe that you can do it!
