I'm looking for an item that would be a hosts number of active average or higher triggers. It's like the detail lines seen when you hover over a host status screen # of alerts field.
My plan would be to use this value as a trigger on IT Services for server health. Server owners could develop triggers as appropriate (and I wouldn't have to care or know) I just make my decision on health as 0 triggers over a certain value.
