lack of free swap space on Zabbix Server

    Hi,

I'm using a Zabbix appliance 2.0 and i have one warning at the moment indicating the Zabbix server is has a Lack of free swap space. This is a bit surprising as I would expect the appliance to be well specked for the job.

Should i increase the swap space? And if so is this documented or do i just look for Suse swap on google?

    Tom

    Hi Tom,

I've the same issue with zabbix 2.0 installed from source on ubuntu. Previous version of zabbix on the same hardware does not have this problem.
    Have you resolved it?

I have just added 1Gb of space to swap memory to the appliance.

        Check this link.

After that procedure no more triggers about swap memory.
