Can't configure LDAP authenticaion

Hi.
I have configured LDAP authentication, the test works fine, when I try and save the configuration I get:
ERROR: Cannot change authentication method to LDAP
and
Details: Incorrect host group.

I don't understand how host group is related to the authentication configuration...

I'm having the same problem here. The ldap test user works, but I go to save it and it says incorrect host group.

Same exact issue here as well. Test works but error when attempting to save. Any ideas?

Edit: I attempted to run the query that was failing and got this SQL error:

ERROR 1064 (42000): You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '] [Duplicate entry '100100000000001' for key 'PRIMARY'' at line 1
