I had some tuning issues with MySQL and Zabbix after upgrade to version 2.0.0 which I have since ironed out, but in the process I considered running Percona as opposed to InnoDB to explore whether its auto-tuning capabilities (advertised) might be a good fit.
Does anyone have experience running Zabbix under Percona with XtraDB that they'd care to share? If so, any input would be appreciated.
