Alerts while in Maintenance

We are still getting alerts from systems that are in a Maintenance Status.

Unsure as to why

Does your alert have a condition "not in maintenance"? If not, it needs to.

Did you ever get a solution to this? I have an issue where our dashboard alerts to a problem but we don't get emails (as expected) due to the condition "not in maintenance". I thought the dashboard would not create audible alerts too.

you can filter the dashboard and remove servers in maintenance from the list. just click the wrench icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard screen.
