Creating a customer front-end

Hello,

I have installed zabbix server on my own server and zabbix agent on one of my customer's servers to help monitor it. I want to be able to see all the information about the server (items, triggers etc..) but want my customer to only see the specific items/triggers that they care about (free disk space, memory, host status etc.. but not all the other items like free swap space, number of processes running etc..).

Is this possible? If so, what is the easiest way of going about this?

Hi,
A way to do this would be to run two agents on the host. The second agent would track only a subset of metrics and those metrics would be stored in a zabbix host that only your customer can see.

By controlling the customer's read/write access to hosts you'd prevent them seeing anything more than necessary.
