Knowledgebase in zabbix?

For example:
I've a problem on server1, the database is down, in zabbix i click on acknowledge and write a solution for this error..

A few days later i have the same thing, but i dont see the last solution for this problem or the last comments for this problem..

Is any solution for this?

Or i acknowledge a problem and when the problem in 30min still exist i become a new error message..
Is that possible?

In nagios i can do this things..

If you put your solution in the trigger comment for the associated alert then the recommended solution will always be to hand.

Hi,
Yes, it is possible to get a trigger to fire again even after an acknowledgement. Set the trigger event generation parameter to "Normal + Multiple Problem Events" and that should result in a trigger signalling a problem again after the problem has been acknowledged.

I'm assuming that is what you're asking. You're description is not 100% clear.
