agent restart fails with "failed to add UserParameter: duplicate key"

Hi folks,

Very often I see that zabbix agent fails to restart with

5342:20120630:115529.525 failed to add UserParameter "3ware_raid[*]": duplicate key

If I retry, then it works fine:

The config files (esp. the config file defining the 3ware_raid stuff) haven't changed, so how comes?
