    Hi,
What nvps are you receiving at the zabbix server? It sounds like you're running way too many pollers. Too many is as bad as too few.

How are you deciding on the poller count?

      !

      Thanks for your replay Yello
my "Required server performance, new values per second" is: 215.01

before i changed my start poller

i checked that my zabbix internal poller process most the
      time were busy ( 100%)
i try to increasing start poller to 50, it become better but when i killed zabbix server process and start a new one, it take long time to poller process become normal.
so i try to increasing it again

right now i using 200, for my start poller, but some times ( when two or more node in my network become unavailable ) , my poller process usage become rising and my graph look likes dot or some gap between drawing

      same problem before = http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25084

        Hi,
What database are you using and what have you done to improve performance? What have you done to determine where the bottleneck is? You seem to be assuming it's the zabbix server when the zabbix pollers may actually be waiting on the Db...

          Hi

its look like that my database server works fine

          MYSQL 5.1 at debian 6

because, i have some graph from mysql server like...

          cpu usage
          query per sec
and mysql queries ( select , update, insert, delete )

and when my system under heavy load, ( when stoping zabbix server and start it after a while )

my graphs start increasing and look like normal behavior
